A Flyer, An Instagram Series, and a Trivia Game

Genre 1
Flyer

I chose a flyer because it is a common mode of spreading a message that Generation Action uses. The flyer is easy to spread around campus and is a common text found around the university. The flyer uses bright colors and a graphic to draw interest. It details all pertinent information and is a great genre for advertising an event.

Genre 2
Insta

I chose to do a series of instagram posts because they are an easy way to send out a message to followers, or really those already part of or interested in the club. The posts build up interest within the club for the event and are part of the campaign to raise awareness of CPCs, as they feature the hashtag #exposefakeclinics.

Genre 3
Trivia

I chose to do a trivia game because Gen Action often uses trivia as an interactive community outreach. The game allows for education on CPCs without coming off as aggressive, but rather just gives the truth on issues concerning CPCs and Planned Parenthood. The format allows for a heavy issue to be lightened, allowing the audience to be more receptive to the message behind the game.
